Extra public transport runs will be organized in the Night of Museums
“Rīgas satiksme” informs that extra public transport runs will be organised in the Night of Museums on May 19 and public transport on several routes will run until 02:00 a.m. from the city centre.
For passengers’ comfort, extra runs will be organised in the night of May 19/20 to cover a majority of Riga city districts and museums participating in the Night of museums. Extra runs will be organised on:
- tram routes No. 1, 5, 7, 10 and 11;
- trolleybus routes No. 9, 14, 15, 17, 18, 22 and 27;
- bus routes No. 1, 3, 11, 12/23/26 (combined route crossing Akmens Bridge), 18, 24, 25, 37, 40, 50, 51 and 53.
Given the scale of these changes, we call on visitors of the Night of Museums to look at schedules and plan their routes in advance.
